Try searching the forum for "BNR"($2195) or "Bi-State"($?) they both sell upgraded twin turbos for the FD3S.
Also, these products are relatively new to the market. So read up on other people's experiences so that you know what you are getting into.
I will most likely buy the BNR Stage 3's when my stock twins die. I like the fact that they are a direct bolt-in replacement(re-tuning requird of course).
