TurboXS BOV type S

I did a search and couldn't find anything on using this BOV on a thrird gen. I don't plan on running more then the max 15psi boost recomended for this BOV. Dose anyone have an opinion on this on or know of a link where it has been talked about before? Thanks

As far as I know, it's just a universal BOV, so there is no mounting equipment for it.

You would need to fabricate your own mounting bracket, or figure out some way to mount it. Someone here in the forum installed one, but they never said how they mounted it.

I have a turbo xs bov I think it's the type h rfl anyways turbo xs makes no mounting kits for a 3rd gen so like was said you will have to figure out how to mount it on your own. Which means either making an adapter or mounting it on a hard pipe. I just got mine and I will be mounting it on a hard pipe. The do make a mounting kit for the 2nd gen rx7 but I am not sure for what bov..

I just instaled mine and I want to know when this thing is suposed to go "psssss" because mine isn't. I am still breaking my engin in and don't want to push it above 5psi yet. Does it only go off when the secondary turbo kicks in or is my BOV screwed?

It should make the pssssh sound when you are in boost and you either let off the throttle or go to shift. The more psi you are pushing the louder it will be, I think your problem is your only pushing 5 psi. That's what I suspect anyways.
