Turbos Make Noise?

Well, I guess I'm just going to have to wait for new turbos and then while the old ones are off check everything and hope for the best when the new ones are on. Should be completely insane by the time that happens.

I have this problem as well, its annoying
Im going to check out those rods/flappers the next warm day. Ive already gone through and tightened down heatshields trying to stop the noise.

I got a tink after I replaced the stock pre-cat with a downpipe on my car. I never figured out what it was (totally different setup now), but it might just be some kind of engine noise that the heavy stock pre-cat keeps quiet. However, now that I think about it, the "flapped door rattling" issue that has been mentioned in this thread seems like a likely culprit.

I don't think its coming from twin tubo or exhuast system. I have single turbo and straight pipes, still making the ticking sound. I think(I could be wrong) back rotary is touching back wall(close to trany). I haven try this yet but you guys who having this problem try changing oil and see if any metalic looks in oil.
