turbos - balanced and paralled ?
So what does "balance" and "paralled" mean in reference to stock twin turbos? Is this just a fancy way of saying they were rebuilt?

I heard it from someone selling an FD.

SOUNDS like they were rebuilt and are now non-sequential.
