Turbo works then doesn't

My stock Turbo works on the first spin up but won't come back up after throttle is closed.

Has problem with in vacuum/pressure system at minimum. leaks??"

Any suggestions on where to start looking for leaks.

Sounds like you have a broken stock BOV or solenoid.

This is not a very good description but it sounds like you could have a bad check valve.
