TUrbo Timer not counting down?

TUrbo Timer not counting down?
I have an HKS TUrbo Timer... which was working... and now it's not. It will keep the engine running, but it won't count down and eventually shut the engine off... any ideas? Also.. engine idles a bit low and i am only pulling 10inhg on the boost gauge, and it should idle at 15inhg correct? Any ideas on how to fix either?

I realize this is an old post, but I'm having the exact opposite problem. When I turn the key the engine shuts off and the turbo timer starts counting down. It worked fine until a couple weeks ago when I blew the main fuse trying to jump the car. I'm guessing my turbo timer is screwed, but does anybody else have any ideas?
I also relocated my battery to the rear passenger bin recently...

time time to rewire some stuff anyways i guess
