Turbo question

Hey guys sorry if i'm being stupid here just wondering I bought rebuilt twins and the new ones only have one actuator? My old ones have 2? Should it be like this or should I take the one off my old turbos and put it on the new ones? Thanks

yes, take off the one from old turbos and put on new one.
that unit is the other turbo wastegate actuator.
