turbo question

What else can i do to modify my twins? I am rebuilding them and would like to port the wastegates. Let me know if anyone has any ideas.

turbo mods

Pettit Racing blueprints the twin turbos, radiuses the internal bends and ceramic coats the internal "hot spots". They claim their mods increase the flow. I have had both stock and Pettit versions on my FD. The Pettit version spools quicker and easily maintains 15 psi thoughout the rpm range from 1500 to 8K rpm. Boost pattern is 15-15-15. Soooooo- if you can get someone to blueprint and do the internal mods, you should be able to improve the stock twins.

Garfinkle matches to the gaskets and radiuses some edges . He puts in bigger waste gate doors and ports the hole ..If there are cracks he grinds out the edges all around and has a welder weld the edge back with ni-cad rod and remachines the surfaces.Plus more that I do not remember .
