i Think i have some kind of hose problem... but where?

 

forgot.. did just rebuild my engine did do a hose job.
got HKS EVC 4 to controll my boost

 

HAHAHA the moo sound! I had the same problem on my fd. It wouldn't boost and made that dumb mooing sound. I replaced the turbo control solenoid, problem went away, car boosted great.

 

i think have something to do with the turbocontroll.. can the "bad" hose job make the same problem?

 

Yes, a "bad" hose job, or incorrect hose job can create the same problem, if vacuum lines were mixed going to or from the turbo control solenoid. Check over your rats nest and test your solenoids.
