I noticed that under the brake check valve fix...it says there should be NO check valve in the line....now, I know there isn't one between the UIM and the brake master cylinder/booster, but is there supposed to be one in the other line that is coming out the BMC?

the recall provides two new hoses. The one from the uim to the hard pipe is changed to a hose only (no more check valve). The one from the hard pipe to the brake booster now has the check valve. I would assume that this helps to keep the check valve from getting crudded up because its further away from the intake.
When they did my recall the left the old hose and check valve in and just added the one on the booster. Needless to say I was pissed. I ordered all new stuff from Ray and did the correct job myself.

Also, I have a california 93 manual....I am supposed to have N3A3 18 881R as my ECU part number, but mine says N3A3 18 881A
I checked and there is no recall open for my car...I would think I am supposed to have the first part number listed above
