trying to repair Door trim

I'm in a process of "civilizing" my FD. Previous owners broke everything they touched..

Anyways. I took apart doors to install new speakers. If anybody can tell me exact model of decently priced components that will fit, I will appreciate it. Budget ~$150

Now to the main point. I want to fix all that is broken/missed while I'm there.

1. Right door handle. I can fix it with 2 bolts and by molding additional nut into handle itself.
2. I will replace all broken/missing clips/screws.
3. I will use stick-on felt on all rubbing areas to get rid of creaks/rattles.

The only thing I'm not sure on how to fix is those broken pins on top edge. I have 2 clips and 2 is missing. I can buy screw-on plastic parts (there is PN for that) but I will still need to make something up for those plates that originally molded to the door foam. Anybody have them laying around?

And main quesion is.. What glue can I use on the door cover foam ? I really don't want to buy new door covers as they are good otherwise. No scratches or anything. I found almost all info I need by searching but I did not find if anybody actually repaired those clips on top..

Also, is there any black goop that supposed to seal door cover from factory? Or it is somebodys creation?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
