Try to diagnose this boost problem
Sometimes the car will boost on the 1st turbo to 10psi.
Sometimes when I step on it it will blow off like the BOV is stuck open. Sometimes I will not hear it blow off, but it will not make boost. Sometimes it wont make boost, I'll let off, and then it will make boost. If I do get 10 psi out of the 1st turbo, I never get more than 5 out of the secondary. My buddy drove the car for anhour the other day on the highway and said he never had a problem reaching 10 psi on either turbo(hot, warmed up good). Looks like I do have a little oil leaking from the turbos. I have no mods. Doing a 3" cat back today. I feel like it is a vacuum problem. Could it be a pre cat issue as well. Could it be a combo of both. Never runs good at high rpms..... ANy help would be cool. Thanks.
