would like to know how the Torque Converter works in our car...? and how can we tell if its broken?? tanx in advance...

Torque converters work the same in every car. Any transimission shop should be able to diagnose it.

ttpowerd: if i knew wat i was asking i wouldnt have askd silly... Im new to this... and dat is y im asking wat i askd!!! my mechanic told me my torque converter need to be replaced... so y not learn abt it at the same time!?!
