Tried searching but still can't figure out the car not starting

So cars been sitting for 12 years, has 50k miles on it. doesn't have any coolant in it but just want to hear it start. didnt' have fuel, changed fuel pump. The feed line into the engine gets fuel..but only when i'm cranking the motor. Doesn't seem to be priming , even when jumping the diag box. DIdn't haven't spark because i didn't have an ignitor, put it in, got shocked by the plug so i'm pretty sure i have spark(new plugs btw). When i do pull the plugs, it doesn't seem they have fuel on them though.

So basically, i'm guess its either the injectors, ecu, or ....i dunno. Anyone have similar problems or something i should check first? Pretty sure i have compression. I took out the leading plugs, when i crank it, it makes a loud pshhh sound. Don't know if thats the injectors or the compression... ANy ideas appreciated. Thanks guys, couldn't have gotten this far without you

I usually, pull the ignition relay then crank it for about 1-2 minutes (to prime the fuel rail/injectors), then re-install the relay for final start. Make sure the 3 fuel lines are connected correctly?

There is another write up on cold starting an FD, try spray some carberatur cleaner into one of the vacum line (2) on the intake manifold turbo side. It should get it going if spark is present. If not, you could have other issues like, fuel cutoff due to anti-theft system activated for some reasons, short or faulty alarm module?

So i put some starter fluid in and now it kicks a lil when i do. So i'm guessing i still have a fuel issue. Either not enough pressure, injectors don't work, ecu, or flooded is all i can think of. Help me narrow it down?

Your apex seals might be seized and not generating enough compression. Try putting in some tranny fluid in the spark plug holes and turn the engine by hand putting oil into all 3 faces on both rotors. Then crank for a little bit without the EGI fuse. Then try to start it again. You might have to repeat a few times since its been sitting for 12 years.
