So I received the Hunch Rack from Braun's online, and it looks like they actually have them, even though they've been discontinued. If any of you guys are looking to get this, I would do it soon! It's not cheap (~$220), but it might be one of the only racks that works with the FD.

Looks like this on my buddies car (no rear spoiler so it looks like a lot of clearance)

It was designed to clear the 99 spec spoiler & it does.
