Transition stutters sometimes

Hey guys looking for some help to diagnose my transition issue.

Last year I had problems where I had no transition at all. Change all check valves to Viton ones from online member and everything was good.

This year my transition seems to be having trouble on occasion. Boost pattern is normal except transition seems slow. When it's at its worst I can hear a BOV type of sound 2 or 3 times in a row real quick before it transitions.

Trying to figure out if this is the CRV or solenoids. I did some searching but came up empty. I don't have a mityvac in order to test any of this yet but I guess I may need to go purchase one.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

How much boost are you running? I have come to find that the stock solenoids don't hold pressure well above 13psi.

Only going up to 12psi. I noticed problems before at 13psi. Good point though. I will test at 10psi and see if problem persists.

Thanks for your input!

I'm having the same problem. And, I'm running upgraded solenoids. Car was boosting perfectly, before most resent rebuild. Now i get the stutter, but only if the boost controller is "on", and at WOT. If the controller is "off" and/or I ease into the transition (part throttle) it switched over the way it should...

Finally tested at 9psi tonight but problem persists. Not sure where to begin my testing.
