Tranny wiring harness
I have a 93 R1 w/ manual tranny. Under the car yesterday, messing with exhaust system, and noticed the wiring harness flopping around. Definitely capable of touching the hot exhaust and then shorting out against it.
Noticed 2 rubber wire harness holders on the harness, but no brackets to hold _them_.
Where do brackets go / what is the correct path for the wiring so the exhuast (or a hot tranny) don't fry the wire?
Thanks,
Jeff
make that don't = "doesn't"

It comes from the firewall down across the tranny tor the drivers side. follow trans back to connectors. There should be 2 fold over type clamps to hold the wire loom. definetly get it away from exhaust. Once more it goes across the top of the tranny to the drivers side and back along the side. all the connectors will only fit to their mate! Good luck!
