I just replaced my tranny with a j-spec and my old tranny has about 3000 miles on a brand new 5th gear syncro update kit in it.

How do i get to it, and what parts would be included in this kit as i am trying to get rid of some stuff and either want to keep it or sell the syncro to a forum member.

It is not worth it either keep or sell the whole transmission. "if it aint broke, dont fix it"

 

well i replaced the tranny becauase when i would sit idling and i let the clutch out in neutral the rpms would drop and i found it to be a main bearing started to go out and the tranny was slowing the engine RPMs down because it was not as free moving. Everything else in the tranny is fine.
