tranny question

My buddy who has an 88 RX-7 has a stage two clutch and 11lb flywheel he doesn't want. My question is, will this set up fit in my 93 R1? Just curious, I know there are some similarities between the two. Thanks

Thanks for the help, I guess I'll just see if it fits, the tranny is off the car now anyway. I'm sure I'll find out one way or another. Thanks
