Im really considering purchasing LUVtheride's 93 rx7. Although, it needs a new tranny, orso i believe at the current moment. Since Ive neverowned a rx7 and just recently got into engine building and such. I was wondering how you guys think it would cost me to replace the tranny. And it anyone has a link to a website with some prices that would be great also...

 

I've heard of some guys rebuilding tranny's for as low as $400. I would plan to spend $700 maybe. You can buy them for somewhere between $1,100 - $1,400.
I think KD Rotary sells rebuilt ones. I'd imagine other tuners might sell rebuilt ones as well. You could always get a used one from a Junkyard(although I would only do that in an emergency).
