Tranny

In a few weeks I will be dropping a race port into my FD.... I was wondering if anyone knew how the stock clutch and tranny will hold up with that much power...? I'm aiming for 400+ hp on stock non sequential twins when all is said and done

Tranny will be fine. Stock clutch will end up failing.

Just don't shift it abusively, and it should be fine.

The stock clutch and PP won't last long, or hold well at over 300 rwhp. At 400 rwhp, you will find yourself pulling the tranny shortly after the engine is broken in. Get a strong clutch, and install it while the engine is out. It will save you a lot of work later. I also recommend that you put in a light flywheel at the same time.

What do you think about a single turbo on that set up with the stock tranny, but has a lightend flywheel and ACT clutch
