I will say it again, a $10 digital volt meter will tell you a lot when connected to the 02 sensor. Once you see the mixture you can pass/fail that subsystem and move on. The reading should be close to one volt at the spot the engine flattens out (.8 and above) I didn't see if you are running a cat or not. If the fuel systems rich enough I would look there next, based on the rich history and now no more air pump.
