TPS Voltage low

If my TPS Sensor is around .01v on full and narrow indicate a bad sensor. Seeing as if i try to adjust it at all i dont get a voltage change at all? or could it be something else? i Just changed out the connector and put a new one on.

You're prob not testing it right.

Where are you grounding to?

im not grounding to anything. this is coming from the PFC readings
