tps adjust screw undoing

anyone got some tips for this ? its proving impossible for me, argggg MAZDA!!!!!

I dont want to take the whole throttle body to adjust, because it beats the idea of adjusting as you have t put it back together and apart everytime you adjust

ummm, sorry I didnt make my self clear, I was asking how to get the philips screw off,
if I had it off I would change it but cant seem to undo it

OK, removed the top one with an offset screw driver, but the bottom one is impossible to undo as you can really see what you're doing, is this any easier with the ratchet screw driver?
