What are A/M tow hooks?

I've had 10 FDs, none of them have had the tie downs in the rear, my friends 93 Touring has them in the rear. All the FDs I've had have the two hooks up front.

A\M=aftermarket
I'm looking for tow hooks so I don't have to strap my car underneath when I'm towing it.
