Post anything you think would be a good topic to go under the 3rd gen faq (sticky).
The only one i think they really missed was the auto to manual swap. That would be nice insted of searching for ever though post after post and then there wouldnt be any reposts.

I compiled most of those links (and dgeesaman did the Q&A section). Here's how I decided what to link to:
1. search for a topic that I wanted to know, and save the link to the webpage for later use.
2. save a link to any topic that came up that seemed useful, or anything that I noticed was getting asked a few times.
I don't have the power to edit my own threads, so Mahjik is doing all the editing; I send him updates every month or so, though I've been slacking recently. If it were up to me, I would leave the thread open with the following statement added:
The absolute best way to do things would be to have one big FAQ post, with anyone able to post a reply to help add topics and info to the FAQ list, and delete the new posts after the new info is added to the FAQ, to keep things as uncluttered as possible.
If everyone can please add one useful source of information to this thread, either by linking to a thread or typing out the info, we can get a great FAQ going quickly. Please include all the various common titles for things, this will make for more effective search results & cross-referencing.
Here is a FAQ that I helped set up over 3 years ago, still being used & updated over at http://www.hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=758609
That thing has nearly five times the original info on it now, and I haven't posted on that forum in years. This the scope and dynamic nature that I want this RX-7 FAQ to have.
Our FAQ has already grown a lot, here is the first version that I posted:

re: engine removal, I haven't looked into that personally, I've heard that there are a couple videos that are helpful, they're something like $30.
re: a/t >> m/t swap. That's a big project, please post here or PM me a link if you find some good info.

I was planning to add how to pass smog
And for the engine pull, it would make sense to refer to the FSM and one of the engine pull/rebuild videos. They really are good.
Auto/Manual swap might be best in the useful links.

My friend has the video on pulling the motor from RA. I just suggested it as I just have never seen a write up or anything of some guy pulling his motor thats all. When I pulled mine, I used the FSM AND the video lol.
