When taking off the p/s oil pump pulley, what is the name of the tool used to keep the pulley from rotating?

get one at napa or = for alot less

 

Make a tool or wrap a belt around the pully and have a helper turn the nut with an air impack or electric impack tool. My machanic does it alone with an old belt .He made the tool and lent it out and it was not returned. The belt method will not break the two holes out of the pully if the nut is to tight . Good skill. PS .If you have a broken pully he will buy the metal hub, his son is making alum pullies and presses in the splined hubs. to give or sell a hub call -615-893-4469
