toe link goes where?

HI guys!
toe link is for rear wheel?
What about trailing arm? is this for rear wheel also?

Both are part of the rear suspension. In the picture below, the trailing arm is the polished diagonal bar which bolts to the rear lower control arm (bottom left corner) and the rear subframe (upper right corner), and the toe link is just above it, marked with an "R" (at least mine is...) running parallel to the axle (in this picture, at least).
