Tired Turbos

Hi everybody. I'm fairly new at this. My 1993 RX7 has smoke coming out from where the turbos are. It's not a lot of smoke but smoke is visible. I've been told that this is usually a sign of tired turbos. I'm wondering if it's better to rebuild the stock ones or go another route? Also, can you upgrade the stock turbos in any way? Thanks for any input.

Riz, before you go spending any money, make sure it isn't just something simple. How many miles do you have on your car/turbos? Also, what does the smoke smell like? You might just have a turbo coolant leak and not an oil leak. Take it one step at a time Bro, don't jump too far ahead and start spending all sorts of money. Others will post more of their expertise, just sit tight.

I too have a set of twins for sale.
Make sure it isn't something else though, before you go through the trouble of replacing them.

first of all it takes more than 3 hours to replace turbos. Second, he has no guarantee his turbos arent already in better shape than yours. Third it wont take 3 hours to check your turbos.
Listen to series 7...check out what is going on with your car first then look into other possibilities.
tony stop trying to sell your turbos on threads that arent asking for turbos.
