Tip For those that are building sleek headlights

The major problem with the lights seems to be clearance, there was a miata tuner in japan that solved that problem by making the sleek light kit raise about an inch in the back when the lights were turned on. If your looking for some lamps to put into your kits you can surf over to a site called 'brainstorm' products. They specialize in miatas but they also have an upgrade for the there low-pro headlight kit that includes 2 high beam and 2 low beam (h4's i think) with relays and wiring. This 'upgrade' i think sells for under 200 bucks and would give sufficient light.

Maybe this will help you with your setups. I'd figure out how to do this myself buy I don't have the time to mold and fabricate the 'tubs' for the lights to sit in.

I'm not an engineer or a machinest, although i have some ideas and would love to brainstorm to help figure out how to have them pop up from behind.

(yeah if you were wondering i did have a miata)
