Timing marker on pully. is there a wrong way to put it on?

Timing marker on pully. is there a wrong way to put it on?

I see there is only 2 positions that the timing marker can be put on, each is 180 degrees apart from eachother. How do I know which position is correct?

The dowels WILL allow it, but if you look, the bolt holes dont line up on 2 holes if the wheel is turned 180 degrees. Trust me, I just did this and had the same concern.
