well i just got the car a week ago it has a history of a weak secondary turbo .... the motor just recieved a fresh rebuild so far its got 300km's on the rebuild .... the car makes a clunking noise from near the turbos and intake manifold on idle the sound goes away once u rev it up to abt 2500 .... the cars smoking like a bitch its running way too rich ... its grey smoke evrywhere on startup ... the car accelerates fine on half throttle but once u go WOT on it it behaves very weird hesitates and slugs forward .....

I haven't broken in a motor myself, but going WOT on a motor with 200 miles on it is probably a Bad Idea. (every rebuilder has their recommended break-in procedure, but I'm pretty sure none of them recommend you doing WOT within 1000mi).
You may indeed have a shot secondary turbo causing the smoke. Blown turbos blow a load of smoke when you get on the throttle. To rebuild the engine and not at least consider installing a set of decent used turbos ($200-400) seems like a serious oversight if it was known the secondary could be going out.
What is your boost at? Do you have a boost gauge? If not, you really need one.
