Throttle position/certain rpm rich

93' touring with PFS intercooler, greddy exhaust, and intake piping.

This is still a slow process of elimination and troubleshooting. At idle it runs rich... which could be linked back to the TPS, but I wanted other opinions on this. Also while driving. if you are anywhere from 0-10% (guessing here) throttle while driving the AFR's will be 11-11.5's. You ease into depressing the throttle more the AFR's immediately jump to 14.8-15.2. Then slowly continuing to ease into it, and you hit 3200 RPM's the AFR's go from 14.8-15.2 immediately down to 12-12.3. Then you slow the engine speed back down below 3200 RPM, and the AFR's jump back up to 14.8-15.2 like nothing is wrong.

The throttle body was all jacked up, and reset it to the factory service manual specs. Same with the TPS, and it all appeared to be within spec. Any ideas? I even double checked the TPS, and it still falls within the FSM specifications.

yes sorry. it's an M2 Performance chipped ECU. No clue what the "tune" has on it due to the fact it was in the car when I bought it. I swapped it out for a little while with a bone stock ECU, and I didn't notice any differences. I should swap that out and leave it, and drive it around and see what it does. It just weird that everything above 3200 rpms decides to go rich even when I am barely in the throttle.

Where is the wideband o2 sensor located, and do you have the air pump and ACV fully functioning?
