Any good stateside places that will bore it out to 4mm (or maybe even more?)

I swapped on my UIM (found 2 broken solenoids too!) that had it's double throttle butterflys removed and was looking for more things to do on the intake side. I've got a spare throttle body that i'd like to get sent out for this.

 

i hear rc engineering does it.
