im in search for a new exhaust system myself.. i like the look of the RB duals, looks stock looking but i never heard of it..im also leaning as to if they are good when making BIG power, like single setup..mostly all the fd's i seen with single setups dont have RB exhausts..

btw, does anyone have good clear shots of their RB duals on their fd?

it would be great to see them, thanks..

rx7weee had the RB exaust i think it sounds bad i thought it would sound better then it did and then he got a blitz nur spec r or something like that and noticed a difference in power and being able to shoot 2 foot flames since its a straight thru design and a deeper tone he wants the RB look but like the blitz power and deeper tone

titanium downpipe.....

sup guys, I have a question? At http://www.rotaryextreme.com/fdindex.html they sell a Ti midpipe. I'm guessing its after the downpipe on your FD's and then connects to the Ti exhaust system they have. right? Is that cat right after the midpipe? Sorry, still learning about your FD's. Anyone want a 1997 S14 with S15 motor. =) I'm sellin it for $10500. Fell in love with your 3rd gens. Never thought I would leave nissan.

Its all a matter of preference really. I honestly love the sound of all 3 of them. They all sound deep and somewhat throaty, and yet not too ricey-ish. They all have their ups and downs.

But again, thats just my opinion. You cant really tell which one you like the best until you've heard all of them in person.

I have a clip of the greddy ti, if anyone is interested in hosting it, pm me their email.

keep the s14 huh.......lol

yea, i'm gonna feel sad when i get completely rid of it, but why would you say keep it? Is it because the maintaining the rotaries can be a bitch? I've been researching plenty on 3rd gens and i do see a lot of rebiulds which did scare me off at first, but most of it was due to not maintaining them. That and they burn a lot of oil and its jus so damn hot in there! But they are jus so beautiful. Did you sell your car Ulost2my7 ?

^no i didnt sell my car and i dont intend to..i bought the car for a reason..unlike other people here (no offense) that buy them, prob cant afford it or lose interest in it and sell it knowing they lost more money by putting mods in it thinking they can get that back when selling it..

there are ups and downs to every car, you have to ask yourself if you have the time, patience and MONEY for this..if you can answer that, no need to ask anyone's opinion..

yup

ahhh i see now what you meant. At first I thought you were getting rid of your car due to problems with it, jus by the way you responded to my post. It still didn't discourage me from getting a 3rd gen. IMHO they are one of the best handling sports cars of their time and even now as well. Maintaining it won't be a problem for me. I've had numerous ups and downs with my SR motor. It's probably more reliable that the 13brew but my chassis is in no comparison with the FD. Plus i like rotaries. I also have a 1st gen rx7 that I've been working on. Anyways back to the topic. =)
