Thought I solved "problem of the week"...I was wrong

ok guys,I'll cut to the chase.Car has spark, but almost feels like no fuel. The car turns on when it wants to and once it does,it drives perfectly normal.I have changed the plugs, deflood procedure which wasn't flooded to begin with, and noticed that on the commander, the injector duty stays at 0 when cranking(not turning over)when it throws a small pecentage once the car DOES start, which it usually happens the next day.

Compression is there, plugs are new, wires are fine but on the fuel side,I do hear once I turn the ignition on the ON position what seems to be the FP kick in for a sec, which is normal, and the relays(FP,Egi,circuit)kick in.The FP relay kicks in and disengages, which I THINK it should do that, and if it's not supposed to,I covered that by jumping the relay to be on at ign on,still no luck.

I hear what it seems to be from under the intake manifold a buzzing sound that comes off and on at times.Car doesn't smell like gas(how the hell,it's not getting any)and I'm about to lose the bit of hair I have left.Any help is greatly appreciated.

sorry I didn't mention that but yes,I've also checked that.Would it prevent gas from reaching injectors though?
