Question For those that used mc-master o-rings for their TB

I have a question for those of you that used the Mc-Master o-ring for their throttle body.

I bought a pack of these for a 3rd gen TB for my friends project, and it doesn't fit worth ****. It seems too big and it wont stay in place, it just pops back out. How hard was it to get these on? Were they able to stay in place very well at all? So far it doesn't seem like it.

I get mine from Nashville Rubber and Gasket, they are a few thousands larger in crosssection . I put three or four dabs of super glue in the grove and place the o-ring . I have done this on several cars with no problems .
