For a car with this miles - everything.

Seriously, why are you even considering this car? It is probably going to cost you $12k+ in end end and will never be worth more than about $5k because of the miles. A decent $12k car you buy now will still be worth close to $12k in two to three years.

Well, the reason is because it already has a lot of the things I was looking for, 99 twins, rebuilt engine, power fc, RB catback, R1 with no sunroof. I suppose that's not necessarily a rare combo though so maybe I should just be patient. I'm bad at being patient...

^^ bro you live in california,where there are tons of FD's to be had. Keep looking for the most prestine FD outhere that you can afford. It will be better in the long run.

Besides you don't even know that it will pass smog with the PFC. Yeah, yeah I know it can be done but the question is: can this car do it?
