Are these FD twins?

the reason I'm asking is my friend tried to bolt them up to his 92 Type R and they were a little different hence they didnt fit, I think the pipe on the far right looks strange, they wouldnt be cosmo twins would they?? or maybe a later model FD( S7,8??) twins.

I can surely say those are not fd twins. most likely cosmo twins

Yep downpipe flange is definitely Cosmo.

20B twin turbo...The two turbos are not of the same size. Only the 20B had that, HT18 and a HT10.

That is true. The FD turbos have 4 studs on the dp flange. The 13b cosmo motor has 3 studs on that flange.
