Are these Efini 99 spec turbos 280ps???

Back in 06 when I first got into this whole rotary game I bought my first FD shortly after, an underhood fire (fuel pulsation damper)! the car ran like crap after my insurance cover everything 7g worth of damage and still runny like ****! I decided to do a swap. I had this shop buy me this J-spec motor for 2,500 w/out tranny form Texas. The guy that did my swap parted out everything, he transfer most of my parts from the old motor onto the core of the j-spec; turbos, UIM, LIM, plastic y- pipe, ect.....he told most of the stuff on the j-spec didn't fit, I payed hit for the swap, he walked me outside and told me to pick out what ever part i wanted just not the old core. so pick the turbos, main harness (w/ the black box of solenoids??), omp, egr valve, coils w/ wire, prim. and sec. fuel rail w/ injectors, air control valve, some solenoids and sensors. To this day i still regret not picking up the efini y pipe!!! Started learning more and more got deeper into the game and now I have this set of turbo that I've convinced myself they are Efini 99 spec turbos??? but not sure and I need your guys help!!! N3G1, no c-clips, gold wastegates, black inside the impeller…??
