Good Morning All,

I think my typical vendor is on vacation.....I am looking for a thermostat housing neck (current one is plastic) that has the overflow vent nipple on it. Picture attached. The Radiator cap attaches to it as well. I am headed to the track next week and need to get another as I broke the nipple off this one. Anyone have any ideas where I can obtain one?

Rx7 store has them. IDK how long it would take to get though. You might want to get one made out of aluminum.

 

The only plastic one I found was for the 2nd gen. Racing Beat.

 

Try Ray Crowe at Malloy Mazda. If he has it, he usually provides two-say FEDEX service.

 

As far as I'm aware that part is just the standard one from an FC.

Stealership should be able to get you one.

If you can wait, use the parts for sale/wanted section of this board.

^This. Just tell him you need the S5 filler neck/AST delete kit...he'll know what you need.
It'll also come with a new 'O' ring and .9 bar OEM cap.

Definitely get that O-ring instead of those RTV.
