Thermocouple amplifier for EGT logging

I'm looking for a recommendations for a K-type thermocouple amplifier that will produce a 0-5V output for logging. The following amplifier looks interesting:

Any other recommentations?

I'm not looking for a gauge so would prefer a standalone system.
