Title says it all. Received my Power FC Commander 2 months after I ordered it and I would like to protect the screen...

Well... It's very tempting but I'll try not to touch it, thanks for the tip!

How about using a phone screen protector film, trimmed to size?

The screen is pretty solid, I've never really seen any that had any significant scratches or problems.

Mine will dim when I drive my car to work and leave the commander attached to the dash, gets hot. I try to throw it in the din pocket when I remember to.

Had an ‘original’ screen for 10+ years and finally bought an OLED version 3 or 4 summers ago. I suppose it might matter where it’s place. Mine have always been on a Banzai-type bracket. I think I’ve occasionally used a little glass cleaner on it. Regardless...never any issues.

Mine lives mostly under the passenger seat for the last 15 years. It looks pretty rough these days, but it still works just fine. I just don't show it to anybody.
