Is there an easier way to take out the studs?

I just got in a shippment of block off plates but i didn't relize how much of a PIA getting all the little studs was going to be. Has anyone done this and found and easier way. I'm maily talking about the ones on the LIM.

put two nuts on the stud and tighten them together very tight then put your tool on the bottom nut and turn . The stud should back out . If you hit the end of the stud sharply with a hammer it will help ,this hit is referred to as setting the threads.

If you are willing to replace the stud, attach a single nut with red locktite.
