Use the adjustment screw located on top where the throttle cable hooks onto. It's on the front of the UIM.

Also check the throttle cable and cruize control cable tention. If they are too tight, you'll be working against them to settle the idle. Make sure they aren't holding the throttle open before you start messing with the set screws.

there is a tiny nut with a stud through it on the front of the TB, right next to the idle adjust screw. At forst glance it looks like it does absolutely nothing at all. You really cannot miss it.

just got home and checked it out and theres 2 little nuts that can be messed with (1 on top of TB and 1 in the front) im guessing its the 1 in front cause it has slit on top of the stud so im guessing you can screw the stud with a flat head, sorry to bother you guys again but just wanna make sure

thanx again

If you are having idle troubles (high idle) then you probably have a vacuum leak. It would be best to check for that before adjusting idle.

Damian wrote up a great post in the advanced tech section on adjusting the Throttle position sensor (TPS). Check it out. I need to try it.
