Test pipe and porting stock wastegate

ok so u guys have probably covered this a hundred times but i need help cause i ran into a couple of threads stating that i would have to put more mods to my car in order to retain the pipe. im curentley running the stock twins stock ecu aftermarket intake intercooler etc basic bolt ons. would i be able to drive the vehicle safley as long as i dont lay heavy into the throttle ne info would be great, also i read about porting the wastegate, my turbos are currently out of the car and cant really find ne info on how to port it. Thanks, Cody

a boost controler would be the way to go. with the mods you have(with the exception of full exhaust). its safe to drive, just dont let it boost over 10psi. and watch it close in cool weather

while you have the twins out, it would be wise to port them. or have them ported. there is a how to on wastegate porting floating around here somewhere. search a little...

Don't install that.

It doesn't matter a whole lot exactly what you open the bore to, just the fact that it's larger helps a lot.

Yes. If you port the wastegate and set your boost level accurately there is no reason to use an FCD.

Fuel cut is there to save your engine. If you remove the fuel cut you'll run lean and blow the engine.

Well if you bore it to big the flap wont close properly, their is up to a certain size that you are supposed to dremel out to.

Yes, of course. I was referring to how close you need to make your port to the flapper size.
