temps after letting car sit while off???

I am just wondering what you guys are experiencing as far as temps go after you have driven the car turn it off and then let it sit for only about 10-20 minutes. Is it normal for the temps to get really high? my car tytically runs at 87C on the PFC but if I let it sit off for like 10
-20 min and then turn it back on the temps at near 107C sometimes. They drop back down very quickly but that is still really hot for heat soaking, is this completely normal? Thanks
-Nic
