I read a post that said the cyberdene temp gauge sender would screw directly into one of the holes on the filler neck currently being occupied by a hex set screw. Just tried and neither the sender or the hex bushing that comes with it fit. Both are to small. Going to home depot to get the correct size bushing, but it would have to be a Standard female and a Metric male bushing though.
