Looks great, nice road. ;)

xstacy7 11-01-03 06:31 PM

Thanks guys, I really like them. About as much as my gold integrals but not quite. Oh and the road I parked on has oil all over it from the daily beater (Oldsmobile Delta 88) that leaks tranny fluid.

check my sig for pic of mine...i did in gunmetal....

baadakku 11-02-03 12:48 AM

That looks awesome. I wish my stock wheels weren't the way they were, so I can paint them and it'd actually look good.

i think if i were to do it, i would polish the lip... but i really like how they look!

KIT, where is your red strobe light? KIT, give me everything you got, I need turbo boost "NOW".:D I couldn't resist. lol

Not to bust ur balls, but part of the reason why I did a full powder coat gloss black on my rims is to make them look optically 1" larger in diameter.

Why?

The tires are black and when the wheel is mounted to them with some gloss it will make stock FD rims look like 17"s

That pic was taken when the car had 180k miles on it.

Washing and waxing it with www.zainobros.com might be overkill, but I don't have any oxidation.

https://www.rx7club.com/attachment.p...postid=2294123

It makes my FD look like it's a hoover craft since the wheels and the body blend together as one form.

U know ur car looks gooood when 80 year old folks in their Buicks turn, point and drop their jaws.

I've been contemplating doing that Batman. I absolutely Love the way your black FD looks. And I can always powdercoat mine, this little job cost me $30 bucks total. I might have to do that one day, it looks absolutely amazing. Also batman is your FD lowered?

Shawntx76 11-02-03 08:42 PM

i'm not a fan of the wheels i'd take batman wheels first. I got a question about you running lights. I see they are black what is your thinking about making them black?

xstacy7 11-02-03 08:52 PM

Well now that this is Batman's thread, I was going to powdercoat my gold integrals black (18")...however I never got the car back. THen paint the car black. I love black on black (not as noticable to cops)

sennaspirit 11-02-03 09:02 PM
