Exclamation tell me wat the name of this is!

sorry my wording aint all technical cuss i dont' really know the scientific names of these parts but im getting here.. but i need help on something.. from the turbo theres a pipe that goes into the radiator.. before it goes into the radiator the pipe connects to a plastic pipe that goes into the radiator.. on that connection there is a rubber tube or covering or something.. i need the name of it cuss like mine ripped and im losing boost!! aww.

so can u guys help me out?

maybe you guys can tell a cheap way to fix it..

i was thinking of putting a clamp but it would still leak..

Sounds like you tore one of the rubber couplers that connects the plastic intercooler pipes together. BTW - if I'm understanding your correctly that's not the radiator, it's the intercooler. You can get aftermarket replacement couplers from places like hosetechniques.com or look in the FS section of the forum for someone that has OEM ones available. I might actually have a few available too, email me if your interested.

The plastic hose is the Y-pipe crossover pipe. Those rubber couplers are 2.75 inch and you can get 1 foot of it for $23 from www.BakerPrecision.com , other places charge about $25 for a 4" peice, just depends if you will use the extra length. You could always give the extra to a buddy or something.

if you want to get one cheap, go to homedepot and buy a 2 inch rubber connector. it cost like 2-3 bucks.
